If I remember correctly they sent them for RnRC Tour, but I'm not sure. But yes, you should have a person in Japan who goes to the Conbini for you. (Doesn't have to be a japanese Person
) Conbini is really convinient (hence the name), they print the tickets right away. I think, if you don't have a friend - you could ask people from AHS who live in Japan. Maybe someone will be so kind to get it for you.
