I think it depends on whether you're getting a bump/lump on your nose removed or not. I think the skin would "sag" more if you got one removed. But maybe they tighten that up
Doesn't Ayu have sort of a bump on on her nose? If I had gotten a nose job, I would've gotten rid of that.
