More than that, I doubt she was trying to go for a glam fashion magazine shoot with these like she did for GUILTY's photobook.
"Being completely exposed" seems to be part of her concept for what we see on the cover. Though I agree that she probably could have posed in a different way. She could have done a shoot like AYU NAKED TALK and people would be raving!

It does seem that way right now... Love songs' were not announced and it doesn't look like this one's is either if it does indeed have a slipcase.
