this topic is kinda weird but I thought someone of you guys will be able to help me!
Back in the late 90s / early 00s I saw a music video by a Japanese (?) female singer. She had short black hair and looked a bit like Utada. In the music video she was walking through a white room and in the background there where people (they looked like statues, I think?) and bright colours splashing around.
The song was featured in a movie which was released in Europe.
I know this ain't much but maaaaaaybe I'm lucky?
