I think the sales reflect that alot of people are unaware of the release and many of those that do are unhappy. Its up to her to take it from there. No one said she has to satisfy everyone, but obviously when your core fanbase is unhappy or indifferent, you have a big problem.

i agree with you actually. i think the sales reflect that lot of people don't even know about the album. no singles, no performances, etc... i think only fairly hardcore ayu fans would even know it was being released.
