Half a year is not a long time and definitely not long enough to see a fall this sharp and contribute it to the falling sales of CDs or a lack of promotion. This is definitely not it this time.
There should also be interest in this release given her divorce not so long ago. I was expecting that to show in the sales.
This time, it might have to do with the product itself. The artwork is one. The PVs are another. The songs (besides for the middle section and HBYA) and not tracks where people would turn to Ayu to hear. And I daresay Timmy's face being plastered in everything is probably turning away Japanese fans as well.
