I don't think they've turned the leftover $8 or so into credit, but apparently partial refunds are applied after the order is shipped. Try contacting them again using the same quote that I did in Japanese, they've possibly not received "official" confirmation yet, but they could push it through for you with the update from ViVi! |
So after you contacted them saying you wanna change to B1A4's album, did they email you back? And did YA confirm that they will give you back the difference in store credit? I might wanna contact them as well. Thanks!
