Now that I think about it, I think it is meant to be like that, more casual than fully on professional photos...
She's in her underwear, eating and drinking with her friends at her hotel room, and they decide to take photos? I guess that's what's happening
I think she looks too skinny but hasn't she always been that way anyway, in the early 2000s she was probably a lot more skinny than in this pictures
And her head/face is always looked bigger since her body's so small and she has big features (eyes, nose, lips, ears, and now that I can see it better, her forehead is quite big too)
I still think she looks good, overall though.
