I don't think I even have to mention Ayu lol, her lyrics (especially her earlier works) are just amazing.
Honestly, usually I don't bother looking for the translation of Asian stuff. If I like the music, it's enough for me. And if I happen to come across to a translation and the lyrics sound good to me, then it's even better. But most of the time I don't really care.
Epik High has really caught my attention with their lyrics, though. I can honestly and without being biased say that their lyrics are one of the best I've ever read. They're just true poetry, both the English and the Korean lyrics. I seriously recommend their stuff.
Kim Jong Wan is a really good lyricist too, I think. He's the singer of a Korean band Nell.
When it comes to worst.. I have no idea tbh.
