The Taiwan press is cheaper (there is little difference) but the obi is white w/blue (on the shelves it looks sooo ugly), the HK press the obi is the same for japanese obi (on the shelves looks amazing  )
conclusion: For me HK press >>> Taiwan press.
It's a little comment for the people who don't know the difference between the different editions.
Anyway all my CD's (except some "A" and "H" single editions) are japanese press
