As much as I love T-ara, it's going to be hard to support a group that can't remain stable because of a CEO on a power trip. Who in the world changes a groups dynamics after they have already gained success? How does that make any sense?

Unfortunately, changing labels isn't as simple in Korea as it is in Japan. This is because all the labels in Korea are actually more like talent agency. Each Label(Talent Agency) owns the rights to the name of the group, the songs they produce, the members stage names and etc. In other words, if all the members of T-ARA decided to go to YG, they'd probably get sued for copyright infringement by their previous CEO. The members of T-ARA don't make T-ARA, the company does. He could remove everyone from the group and replace them and he could still call them T-ARA. Luckily, the group is signed record labels in Japan which means they could call the quits in Korea and work as a group in Japan, but that would mean they would never be allowed to release anything in Korea ever again.
However, some groups like BIGBANG or Brown Eyed Girls, who are responsible for some of the song compositions and group forming, have a better chance of being able to swap agencies.
