I'm about 3/4 the way through CDL and I have to say that it is not a rehash. Rehashed on the surface maybe. Costumes and sets are reused, but there's a deeper darker image and there is an actually story line. Its a totally different feel. Ayu did some of the darkest most honest things on stage tonight that imo make this tour worth it. And there is a reason it is still Hotel love Songs. The original hotel love songs came from the fact that Ayu was mainly traveling with Mannie and staying in hotel rooms. But now after the divorce, she is singing the songs of Party QUeen as they are most present, but relating it to the hotels. The original concept would not be honest to Ayu because that concept was predivorce. Think back to the I am... covers and how those got changed. I'm tired and bambling so i know this might not make sense. But seeing the actual tour may open your eyes. But I tend to look at the glass half full.

Also during the Party Queen performance, the title on the overhead LEDs switches from Hotel Love Songs to Party Queen, and then after LOVE appears on stage. Considering the dark moment of the Party QUeen song mentioned earlier, there really is a deeper connection between the new look onto Hotel Love SOngs and Party Queen. Like Ayu has Love in her fans, her family, etc. There is alot of thought and interpretation to this tour. I think this is her most concept based, over-arching story line, and deepest tour since Dome Tour.
