Yeah, gay guys seem to love her (me included, haha). I don't know what it is about her that makes her so popular within the LGBT community. It's probably the fact that she dresses up in wigs and has some wacky outfits. She dresses up a lot (like drag queens do). I think she would be a great gay icon because she knows that she can be seen as a misfit but doesn't care. She doesn't care about what people think about her. Roman is her gay male sister, for goodness's sake, and he pops up EVERYWHERE.
I like the fact that she's bridging the gap (even if just a little) between the LGBT community and hip-hop/rap.
