In his reminder letter, they told him that he had to choose a payment method by the 10th of April...which he was late on doing...
We were wondering if that was the same date you had? Perhaps they remove the credit card option after that date?
He says they always give responses that they don't support non-japanese, so we're wondering if the response is really valid, or if it was just, what they say.
