I think the comment was harmless . She probably just meant she as well as many other stars are on a strict diet and so they don't get to enjoy some of the food they'd like to. I doubt she was really endorsing eating disorders lol. I guess it was just one of those situations in which a person says the wrong thing at the wrong time.
