for HK press , the OBI is the same as Japan press unlike Taiwan press where the name of the Japanese artiste is written in Traditional Chinese & there's a rather ugly white & blue coloured words in the centre of the OBI
for me since I'm not a CD collecter , I'm not bothered by such details as to me Taiwan press's quality is better than HK press

yes it does . My copy of Party Queen is Taiwan press & the CDL is packaged separately from the album
& I also get a Party Queen postcard too xD
