I believe it has to do with her previous company. The only way police can arrest her is if she was caught with it or using it, not "she used it in the past."

What the **** is up with Erika and her scandals omfg. I don't know her but I googled her and on her Wikipedia page there are a few scandals listed (and not just hate groups who started a rumor, but REAL scandals; like one time there was a premiere of a movie (forgot the name) and she acted all arrogant, bitter and cold towards everyone. Then after a day or something she apologized.
It's weird, I hope it isn't true because I cannot wait to see this movie.
