You can't.
They do have the death penalty but given they've still got Aum members serving time rather than facing death I doubt taking drugs is a fast path to capital punishment. Murder only.
EDIT Just wiki'd. Homicide and treason are the only crimes with this penalty. And what a weird sub discussion this is given the thread topic lol.
Back OT and, as said, I hope the instrumental is a proper instrumental rather than having the creepy as heck backing vocals.
