I saw Ayu's 2011 Calendar @ PM. It was end of the year and price was $40 (tax incl). I was like wow drop the price and I'm getting it. It's no longer there, though. They have a lot of Jp magazines there, but I'm not really interested them.
The soundtracks are HK press at Anime Xtreme?

They even have some Japanese manga as well at that PM store.
