Actually now that I think about it, I wonder if the lifestyle book was scrapped because there were possible pictures of her and mannie / of her and her time spent in LA and stuff. It had a lot of twitter and TA photo's in it according to the hints that ViVi had in them.
Just a thought. Otherwise I just don't understand why it hasn't been released haha. You don't just take out pages in ViVi if you have no definite plans on releasing things.
