Yeap.. Namie's 2nd peak was showing for a while before Best Fiction... But most western people who were jpop fans in the 2000s didn't really now about her, most who knew about her just thought she was some has-been 90s singer, theyweren't following her moves and didn't pay attention until not paying attention was impossible^^
