I think it is also because A BEST 3 seems a more genuine collection of songs. And it also relates to the first release and its complicated story.
I don't mind A BEST 3. I would have bought it. But this A BEST SUMMER just feels like a lame attempt to have a n°1 album this year, saving A BEST 3 for the next n°2 album.
