I remember reading about these so called 'fans'. They make my blood boil.

DBSK/Tohoshinki (DBSK and JYJ now) are the only Idols who I know who have trouble with them, but they do everything to these poor boys. People ask "Why don't they call the police and press charges?". They do. They call the police, and the Korean police only give them a slap on the wrist and tell them 'not to do it again', because these saesang fans are too 'young' to be officially charged, or it's their 'first offence' even though they've been doing it for 9 years, or some bullcrap like that, even though they are causing serious harm to these boys, physically and mentally. As for security, the apartments the boys live in have HEFTY security, like big time, yet somehow they still get in, and hack their phones. Usually they are rich kids, and they pay Taxi's hundreds to follow them, and to even to crash into them. It wouldn't surprise me if they were hiring hackers to get them into phones and apartments.

Like Ayutan has said, they so all sorts of things to them like breaking into their homes to kiss them while they sleep,
they sent them letters with period blood on it,
they somehow get their numbers and text and call them all the time, and one point one of them changed their number...5 minutes afterwards he received a text going. "You changed your number".
They're usually rich kids, who pay taxi drivers hundreds to follow them, driving through red lights and even crashing into them, causing them harm and putting them into sometimes bad incidents.
There is a video somewhere where one of the boys came out to greet his fans, and one of them slapped him across the face. They do this so that they will 'remember' them.
They cannot date because if they are even seen with another woman, they'll be harassed with messages like "Who is that *****?" and even the women themselves will receive hate and even death threats.
They have brought changmin (and probably the other boys) to tears before, because they would not stop.
Yunho actually saved one of these saesang fans from being hit by a car. Afterwards, all the other saesangs started to imitate her, by throwing themselves infront of cars, in an attempt to be saved by a member.
Jaejoong has also cried because of them, stating that he wished he wasn't a singer anymore, but a normal person, so that they would leave him alone.
They steal their identity's
They call the members family, even asking them where they are.
They block the service on their phones when they get calls, and check to see if it was a girls number.
They break into their house to find legal stamps to actually forge MARRIAGE PAPERS.
They put their own (dirty) underwear into members bags and send them to them.

The list goes on...

If you want to read about everything they have done (beware, it's a lengthy post), and about the controversy of JaeJoong attacking a Saesang fan, then read this blog post. The beginning bit is a translation to what Jaejoong said in the leaked MP3 of him giving verbal abuse to one of these saesangs. Past that is all the evidence of what they have done: http://discontinuetvxq.wordpress.com...fans-revealed/
I'd also like to point out I agree with what they say at the end, supporting Jaejoong.

The level that these girls go to is extremely severe. They do all this yet are 'allowed' because they are 'young' or it's their 'first offence'. I am speechless that the korean police, despite all this harm they are causing, do NOTHING.

I will happily sign this petition. Maybe with enough votes you can send it off to the Korean government to get something done. Unfortunately I am uncertain what will get done, as (i'm not sure how laws are done in Korea but) new laws can take years to be put into power, if it is a new law that is needed to deal with them. But if you get enough signatures, especially from the korean public, they will have to listen. Maybe getting the petition around, and getting enough people signed to it and aware of these 'fans' we can all put our heads together to find a way to stop them. What these girls are doing is WRONG in so many ways and they should be stopped.
