About Misa's translations... she runs a blog dedicated to TA posts. (Well, among other Ayu-related things.) Ayu once mentioned that she feels like TA should stay within TA...so Misa's TA entries are password-protected. Ask Misa for the link and password.
Anyways, back to the English tweet... it probably was a bit of an emo moment. She goes off and says a few vague things every now and then and just leaves it. It's weird that it was in English, but ah well. Ayu can be very unpredictable at times.
