No it wouldn't.
Koda Kumi's 4 hot wave had 4 original songs and 3 tracks acting as "remixes" -

Dearest had 11 tracks with remixes/versions of four different songs.
The rule is if the single has more than four original tracks it's not counted as a single (see EXILE's Fantasy single). LOVE has three original tracks.
