Her voice also drastically changed too in 2001 and she kind of turned into more rock influenced stuff. Basicly her bigest change was probably in 2001 after that she seems to be taking that path since then...

I didn't notice the change as big in Namie, Utada or Kumi.

So I kinda mke the conclusion that Ayu got the bigest change in her carreer out of the 4 of them, the bigest improovement.

I totally agree with you and even if I love a lot of tracks from Ku and Namie I think that most of their stuff (especially Namie's) is just boring.
There are only few Ayu's tracks that I don't like and her discography is huge especially compared to a western artist
so go Ayu! you're the one and only Queen !
