I didn't find any when I was in Japan, the only place where I bought official and non official stuff (apart from CDs) were concert venues and BOOKOFFs (but that's in 2005, in 2010 there were mainly CDs and DVDs)

Although Johnny's Entertainment has got one in Tokyo so dunno about other artists.
