I don't think it's too "homophobic." Whether someone went through a sex change or not, there is only male and female. What I mean is either a man changing to a woman or the opposite, it's still only those 2 genders. There isn't some random third gender. You can't blame the language for only having "he" and "she" if there IS only he and she.

I'm honestly not homophobic, I'm just really curious about this topic. Unlike homosexuality, transsexualism isn't exactly explained or talked about
as much. Technically, in this case, from what you're saying, if she has a "female brain" but a male body wouldn't it technically be considered an abnormal psychological phenomenon? This question goes to anyone who think they know the answer. I don't know if my question makes sense, but I was very meticulous with how I worded it for the sake of offending people.
