I seriously don't know where it's coming from and I'll never understand the hate some Ayu fan have towards Jolin, caue they're so different artists imo.
Maybe in their fashion style and being "role model" for their country, but their music and overall image can't be compared.
From all the japanese female singers out there, Namie would be the closest for me as well.
