A idea of a project would be awesome, but releasing 12 singles... Singles does not have the physical appeal they had back in 2005, and it was already fading away, so I think it's unlikely. But a smaller project like three or four singles, ending up with a maxi one then yes I think that's possible and awesome as well. Like ayu's, for example.
By the way am I the only one who have hopes that JAPONESQUE Tour could be extended into an Asia Tour? :
