It's hard to say , especially since in recent times , when members start to release solo material when they were still in their own groups , they still left eventually *points to ex KAT-TUN's Akanishi Jin & ex NEWS's Yamapi as a perfect prime eg. ~_~
But seriously if Yamada decides to leave HSJ in the near future , will I be surprised about it ? I don't think so , give him a few more years , he definitely can be a great successor to KinKi Kids's Domoto Koichi since both of them have great presence onstage
You never know , especially since Yamapi specifically did said he would never leave NEWS but look what happened after he said that *deadpans
