I hate how Chinese fans tend to seal everything they have off from everybody that isn't Chinese(or at least speaks fluent Chinese) - you don't see that happening in any other local fanbase afaik. Even Russian torrent trackers are often designed to be understood by foreigners and they are already notorious for hoarding files.
