I'm not entirely sure about this, but ☆ＩＣＨＩ★さん on the Japan Ayu BBS noted this link which talks about the "UraAyu Digital Version", in which there's supposed to be several different shots, including 10 new photos. The price for it is 2500 Yen with taxes, although I'm not sure if this has been released yet or not.
