I tried to order it, but it wouldn't let me on that website.
It kept failing after I tried to enter my credit card information. Does anyone have any idea why that might happen?

Edit: Never mind, I got it working! Yay! I felt a little bit uneasy using the site, though, I've got to admit. Ran down the hall to the room of my Chinese friend to get her to help me.
