They don't know what's good even when it's right in front of them! lol
As an example, they LOVED Premium CDL, but they still vote for the most overplayed and overperformed songs ever, which ain't bad, but we really do need a change for once
And perhaps most of them forgot about those hidden jewels, they aren't as hardcore fans as we are
