Yeah, I've also wanted to join TA for a while, but my Japanese just isn't good enough.
It's amazing that they haven't made it more available.
I mean, don't most official fan clubs have other language options?

That may be another reason as to why they've been hesitant to 'branch out' so to speak.
If she's not popular in Japan, she's virtually an unknown to the rest of the world.
