^^ Yeah!! there were many left when I went last year. If you get there a couple of days before then it will be fine. Anyway, you dont really need to speak japanese to get your tickets. Just do some homework like where the shops, directions, the station to get off.. the shop that I went to in Shibuya called yokohama ticket. The tickets are all displayed on the shelves and the assistant has a map of the hall, so all you need is to pick. Dont worry, this is pretty simple if you have done some research.
