Seems it all depends on luck xD I also had no problems, I entered for Fukuoka last year^^
Maybe you could ask Earth_Maiden, I think she entered for all 3 dates for CDL but only got tickets for 1 date if I am not mistaken.
What I donīt like on the TA lotteries, you are nor secured good seats, and as for me I got the tickets ap. 1 week before the show (I had let them sent to my hotel) and only when I was holding the tickets in my hands I knew whet seats I got^^ (luckily they were good^^)
