In NaNaNa Timmy sings "You`re the Party Queen and you`re the Dancing Queen" and Ayu "I`m a Loneley Queen". So the "Loneley Queen" is not new. She made it just a part of the show in Yoyogi. I wouldn`t think too much in it.
Keep in mind she was happy with Maro at that time.
