Tell All... kind of sounds like she's just going to be doing a ~sharing her feelings~ MY ALL-esque track.
It reminds me of when you're gossiping and you say "tell me everything!!", something in the vein of girlish would be cool. I'm not a huge fan of the song, but she's not done anything similar since. I doubt that will happen though.
