Are inspire and carols the cd/DVD or just cd?

I need to haul my ass to Japan and raid the **** out of ther cd stores
100 yen for a cd? Yes. Even though I give no ***** about singles, 100 yen is AMAZING!!!

And they might have cheap American CDs too
