The only Japanese twin duo I know of is The Peanuts.
Non Japanese J-pop artists: Junsu and Juno are twins, while we know Junsu from DBSK/JYJ, Juno for his solo career, they sing j-pop, but not together... There is also a twin duo called Neko Jump who are actually Thai, but release singles in Japanese/Thai.
