I suppose that she thinks that dancers can supply her lacking of dance skills, so, while she tells a story by singing, they do their part dancing. It's quite a reason for the large amount of dancers we have today.
But, the dance lessons she had in LA made her better, she does feel more free to move her body in this tour.
Ah, another thing. The props and costumes of this tour were awesome in my opinion, many things on stage this time around and not only screen plays.
