I know SHINPEI by right is a very ripped if not muscular person but wow man he looked even more buffed than ever which's madness D:
But at least all the (extra) time & efforts he put into weight training at the gym + eating proper really paid off super duper well , unlike if let's say you compare SHINPEI against DAIGO ~_~ xD
