I've been to Japan twice, and you should get crepes in Harajuku, no seafood there (and I mean cheesecake/fruit/chocolate crepes, not savoury ones lol). Also you can get to Yoshinoya (they're everywhere) and get the A,B or C beef set. No seafood there! There'll be ramen places where you could ask for niwatori (chicken) flavour or tonkatsu (pork), if you like ramen. Honestly, I know there's a lot of seafood in Japan, but there's plenty of places where you don't have to consume it. Heck, go to 7-11/Family Way/Lawson and buy some sweet breads/ice cream/yoghurt/nikuman (minced meat buns)/hot chips/nearly anything else.
There's a Burger King in Ikebukuro in Sunshine City. Oh, did I mention MOS Burger? They're amazing! And there's Denny's and Wendy's around the place. Geez, I have many other places I can recommend too, if this post isn't lengthy enough.
