I don't mean deaf as in vocal-wise. I mean, her pronunciation is similar to how a deaf person pronounces words. Ayu has that problem as well, only much more so (For example, in LOVE'n'HATE when she says 'zero' as "jjero" I can't help but cringe). English phrases in songs here and there are fine but Namie is taking it to an extreme this time around.
