Here you are, got the prices from this http://www.ticket.co.jp and this http://www.yokohamaticket.co.jp website.

Arena A block: 40000 ~ 75000 yen for one ticket
Arena B block near the little round catwalk stage: 55000 yen for one ticket
Arena B block: 29000 ~ 43000 yen for one ticket
Arena C block near the little round catwalk stage: 22000 ~ 35000 yen for one ticket
Arena C block: 20000 ~ 35000 yen for one ticket
Arena D block: 17500 ~ 35000 yen for one ticket
Stands first level: 10000 ~ 39000 yen for one ticket
Stands second level: 10000 ~ 27500 yen for one ticket

It's the last show so some prices will be crazy high. Maybe if you wait until the day of the concert you will get a good price. =)
