The thing is, there's not an actual rule for it. Basically, A-sides get promotion through radio and/or music videos, while B-sides are just bonus songs.
So, do we know if they're playing IS THIS TRAP? on radio?

Based on what Kuu herself has said about Is This Trap?, I think it fits that description.
Also, since a PV is a
promotional video, and Is This Trap? has none, I again say this song qualifies more as a b-side. I think b-sides to get airplay, but they aren't pushed as much as the a-side by the company, in this case avex.
Those are just my thoughts, and I could be wrong.
