^LOL this so much. If it weren't for watching 2NE1 on Running Man, I'd have completely lost hope in them.

I AM excited because it sounds like the next song will at least be fierce. I agree with taskinillusion though, I'm not going to hope for "I Am the Best" because I'm not sure if they can top that (we'll see) and tbh all of their 2nd Mini Album songs were gold so.....yeah.

Also, just some random thoughts on the 2NE1 Running Man Ep:

Watching CL in real life, I realized how different she is from her stage persona, lol. She's soo sooo boring on variety shows lol. I honestly think Minji and Bom shined the most on Running Man, and Minji can be boring in these type of shows too, but she was giving off a lot of energy.

I AM glad YG decided not to delay the release of the next song. I think he knew people would carry pitchforks to the YGE building.

I don't know guys, I feel like 2NE1 has lost a lot of that fierce spark with their recent songs (barring 'I Love You').....so I hope it comes back soon.

I know they said they wanted to evolve with 2NE1's style, but there IS such a thing as evolving in the same genre and not becoming boring....lol.

I think that's the main thing for me, it's like....their recent songs are all one or two play-throughs for me, whereas with their previous material, I had the songs on repeat like 24/7.
