doubt so as this's not an issue. The only thing I can think of is of Johnny telling him not to date so openly in order to preserve the idol image
in fact I'm sure many Johnny's do date but due to their idol status they cannot date openly unlike if you're a talento and/or comedian
Ryutaro got it coming for him as he got caught smoking below the legal age and he already knew the consequences should he get caught
